How do I cancel a booking?

You can easily cancel via My Roompot. If you don't have a My Roompot account then fill in the Cancellation form. You can cancel bookings for which the arrival date is at least 30 days in the future free of charge within 14 days of booking. This is very easy via My Roompot. Have you booked a last-minute holiday arriving within 30 days? Or do you want to cancel after 14 days? Then our normal cancellation fees apply.
Sometimes cancellation is not necessary, and you can change the holiday. You can read all about it on the special rebooking guarantee page.
