Yes, you may be picked up or dropped off at your holiday home by a taxi or other transport on changeover days. Of course, this can only be done if the holiday home is accessible by car. If you are disabled or have difficulty walking, you may also be dropped off or picked up from your holiday home on days other than on changeover days. The (taxi) driver can pass on your name and holiday home to the Service point at the boom gate. They will then open the boom gate.
Packages can be delivered (and picked up) at the Service point during opening hours. Please always inform the Service point in advance.
Deliveries of groceries and takeaways are not allowed on the park. Some of our parks have their own delivery service. You may of course make use of this.
Sure, just press the intercom at the boom-gate. If the boom-gate does not have an intercom, press the button or call the phone number listed on the sticker. Give your name and the number of your holiday home, and the Service point will open the boom-gate for you.
Yes, you can pay with Visa or Mastercard at all Roompot parks.

No, camper vans are only permitted in specially designated places across the park. In the campsite description, you can always read for which camping equipment the campsite is suitable for.
There are special campervan parking spaces at Marinapark Volendam and Roompot Beach Resort. You can stay here overnight, or just stay during the day (for a fee). Reservations of this site is not possible.
You can drive through most parks between the hours of 07.00 and 23.00. After that: night-time is quiet time. Some parks are traffic-free. At these parks you can only drive through the park on arrival and departure days.
Take a look at Environment on your park page or in our app. Of course, you can also ask at the Service point or the tourist office for advice for activities in the vicinity of the park.
In many cases, you will find the telephone number of the nearest GP, veterinarian, dentist and hospital in the app under Important telephone numbers. In the app, select the right park, click on More, and then Service & Contact to find the phone numbers.

Facilities
You can always find the current swimming pool opening hours in the app and on our website. Enter the park name below and click Continue. You will now see an overview of the opening hours at the selected park. At the top, you can change the date.
Can't select your date? That means the opening hours for this period have not yet been determined. Can't select the name of your park in the search window? This means that unfortunately either we do not know the opening hours or the park does not have a swimming pool.
Some holiday homes have their own washing machine. You can see whether there is a washing machine in your holiday home under Amenities on your holiday home's homepage. Some of our parks have a laundromat. You can check whether that is the case for your park under Facilities on the page of your park.
The costs can be found in our app under Facilities. Sometimes, you need special laundry tokens. Should this be the case, it will also be mentioned in the app.
Of course, you're welcome. For some facilities you have to pay. Guests who stay at the park, always have priority during busy periods. More information? Please contact the Service point. This differs per location.
Arcen thermal baths has swimwear days in the saunas every Wednesday and every first weekend of the month. In the Arcen thermal baths, wearing swimwear is always mandatory, even if it's not a swimwear day.
De Parel Wellness & Beauty has a swimwear day every third Tuesday of the month until 5pm. There are special ladies' days and family days too.
You can check if fishing is possible on the park under Facilities on your park's home page. Look under the heading Sports & games.
In some of our parks, there are charging stations where you can charge your electric car during your stay. You'll need a charging card for this. To find out whether there are charging points in your park, look at the General section under Facilities on your park's homepage.
Still looking for a suitable holiday park? With our Search & Book function, you can filter by Central EV charging station, under Park facilities. Some of our holiday homes have a private charging point. To search for these holiday homes, go to Outside in the section Holiday home amenities and filter by Private EV charging station. In some cases, you will pay a preferred option surcharge. You'll need a charging card for these charging points as well.
Some holiday homes have a storage room accessible from the outside. In many cases, there is enough space here for your bike. Would you like to know if this is the case for your holiday home? The Service point staff will be happy to help you.
At Zeebad, you can book private lockable bike parking. This is located in a central position in the park. There is room for up to four bicycles and there are two power sockets available.
Parkhotel Bad Arcen has an enclosed, covered bicycle parking area. As a hotel guest, you can use this free of charge.
That depends on the period you have booked. Current opening hours can always be found in the app and on our website. Enter the park name below and click Continue. You will now see an overview of the opening hours at the selected park. At the top, you can change the date. Can't select your date? That means the opening hours for this period have not yet been determined. Don't see an overview with opening hours or can't select your park in the search window? Unfortunately, this means the opening hours are not known to us.
Most parks have bicycle rentals. Whether this also applies to your favourite park, you can see under the Facilities heading on the park's overview page.
Prices
Not all every bicycle rentals are the same. The prices and the range of bicycles vary from park to park. Unisex city bikes and children's bikes are standard. Some parks also rent out electric bicycles, e-choppers, funbikes and hand carts.
The range and the rates per park can be found in our app. Not all parks are in the app.
Reservations
To make sure a bicycle is available when it suits you, it is best to book on time. This can be done at the park at the Bicycle Rental and at the Service point, and in some cases also online on My Roompot. Look under Additions at Fun.
If there is no bicycle rental under Fun, please contact the Service point. They will be happy to help you with the reservation. Contact details of a park can be found on the respective park page under 'Park information'.
Some parks include a bowling alley. If so, you will find this under Facilities on the park page.

The facilities can also be found in our app, which contains many of our parks. Download the app for all the useful information during your holiday, like special offers in the park restaurant or the opening hours of the swimming pool.
This differs per park. Ask at the Service point of your desired park. Contact details of the Service point can be found on the respective park page under 'Park information'.
At some parks, there is a mini-market or supermarket where you can get tasty fresh bread rolls. Sometimes you can even have them delivered. Ask at the Service point about the possibilities. Or check in our app at your park under Food & drinks (Not all parks are in our app).
Park restaurant reservations can be made either in the restaurant itself or at the Service point. Contact details of a park can be found on the respective park page under 'Park information'. Or, make your reservation online in our app. Not all parks are in our app.
You can hire a boat on some parks. This information can be found in the Roompot app. If you are staying in a wetland area, but there is no boat rental at the park, the employees at the Service point can often direct you to a good rental point in the area.
If a digital menu is available, it will be in the app. Take a look at Food and drinks under Facilities. Not all parks are in our app.
There are padel courts at a number of parks. Use the park facilities filter to view all parks with a padel court. Select Padel under Activities. You can find information about padel courts in the app. Don't forget to book in advance!
At Vakantiepark Kijkduin and Roompot Park Eksel, you can also play padel if you're not staying at the park.
