Supplement to Roompot Parcs Agreement

It is not permitted to advertise in search engines on keywords related to Roompot and its parks as described below.

Contrary to the foregoing, the use of terms that designate landscape features or are geographical designations, such as Texel and Volendam, is permitted, provided there is no use of (full or partial) brand names of Roompot Parcs and/or derivatives and alternative spellings thereof.
This is however not allowed if our (holiday) park/resort/residence/camping/hotel is the only search result for the advertisement/search on the advertiser's platform.
The foregoing agreement applies to all search engines, such as Google, Yahoo and Bing.
It is not permitted to communicate the aforementioned terms in search engine advertisements or in their visible URLs.
It is not permitted to employ the aforementioned keywords in Google's content network (AdSense).
Advertisements may never be shown for the keywords listed below. It is therefore recommended to add these terms as negative keywords.
It is not permitted to advertise on the basis of the brand names/ park names of other holiday cottage providers, such as Center Parcs, Sunparks, Landal Greenparks and Hogenboom, with the aim of generating traffic/ bookings for Roompot Pacs.
It is not permitted to link directly to domains of Roompot Parcs.
Roompot Parcs is fully entitled to unilaterally change this Keyword Policy from time to time; this includes changes to the list of park names below.
Advertising on the below terms and misspellings thereof is also not permitted in the evenings, weekends and on mobile devices.
